1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the h666 platform — whether through the website at h666.plus or through the dedicated mobile application — you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in full. These terms form a legally binding agreement between you as the user and h666 as the platform operator.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not register an account, make a deposit, or use any games or services on the h666 platform. Continuing to use the platform after these terms have been updated will be taken as acceptance of the revised version.

2 Eligibility

3 Account Registration

Each user is permitted to hold only one active account on h666. Registering multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited. Any duplicate accounts discovered will be closed immediately, and any balances or pending withdrawals across those accounts may be forfeited.

When registering, you must provide accurate and complete information. This includes your full legal name, a valid contact number, and any additional details requested during the verification process. You are responsible for keeping your account information up to date. If your contact details change, update them through your account settings as soon as possible.

You are solely responsible for all activity that takes place under your account. Keep your password confidential and do not share your login credentials with anyone else. If you suspect your account has been accessed without your permission, contact h666 support immediately. h666 cannot be held responsible for losses resulting from unauthorised access where you have failed to keep your credentials secure.

4 Deposits & Payments

h666 accepts deposits in PKR through a range of locally supported payment methods, including JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, standard bank transfers, debit and credit cards, and other approved mobile wallets. All deposits must originate from payment accounts held in your own name. Third-party deposits — where the payment source belongs to someone other than the account holder — are not accepted and will result in the return of funds and potential account review.

Deposit amounts are credited to your h666 account balance promptly after the transaction is confirmed by the payment provider. Processing times vary slightly depending on the method used, but JazzCash and Easypaisa transactions typically reflect within a few minutes. Bank transfers may take slightly longer depending on the issuing bank.

Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed within the Deposit section of your account. h666 reserves the right to adjust these limits at any time. Any deposits made that fall outside the permitted limits may be returned to the original payment source.

5 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed back through the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, wherever technically possible. This is a standard anti-fraud measure to ensure funds return to the verified account holder. Withdrawals are denominated in PKR and settled at the amount shown in your h666 account balance.

Before a withdrawal can be processed, h666 may require identity verification. This includes but is not limited to confirmation of your full name, CNIC details, and the payment account linked to your h666 account. Requests that cannot be verified will be held pending until satisfactory documentation is provided.

If your account balance includes active bonus funds that are subject to wagering requirements, only the portion of your balance that has cleared all applicable requirements will be available for withdrawal. Attempting to withdraw locked bonus funds before requirements are met will result in the automatic forfeiture of those bonus funds.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

7 Fair Play & Prohibited Conduct

h666 is committed to maintaining a fair gaming environment for all players. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension or permanent closure:

• Using any software, bot, script, or automated tool to interact with games or the platform in a way that gives an unfair advantage.
• Colluding with other players in multiplayer game formats such as Fish Games or Live Casino tables to gain an edge at the expense of other participants.
• Exploiting bugs, glitches or technical errors in games or the platform. Any winnings generated through a known or suspected technical error are not valid and will be reversed.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, fraud, or use of stolen or unauthorised payment credentials.
• Creating or using accounts for purposes other than personal recreational gaming.
• Threatening, harassing or abusing h666 staff or other players through any communication channel.

h666 monitors gameplay patterns and transaction activity for irregularities. Where prohibited conduct is detected, h666 may freeze the affected account, reverse relevant transactions and report the matter to the relevant authorities where required by law.

8 Account Suspension & Closure

h666 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its discretion, with or without prior notice, in cases where these Terms and Conditions have been breached, where fraudulent or suspicious activity is detected, or where continued operation of the account poses a risk to the platform or other players.

You may also choose to close your account voluntarily at any time by contacting h666 support. If you are closing your account for responsible gaming reasons — for example, because you feel your gaming has become problematic — please visit the Responsible Gaming page before proceeding, as self-exclusion options may be more appropriate than full account closure.

Upon account closure, any remaining real-money balance that has cleared all applicable requirements will be returned to your verified payment method. Bonus balances that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited. h666 will process any eligible balance return within a reasonable timeframe following closure.

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the h666 platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, game assets, website design, graphics, text, software and promotional materials — is the intellectual property of h666 or its licensed content providers. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal recreational purposes only.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content from h666 without prior written permission. Scraping, mirroring or framing any part of the h666 platform is prohibited.

10 Limitation of Liability

h666 provides the platform on an "as available" basis.
